All orders are processed and shipped from Singapore. Once your order is placed, you can expect local delivery within 1–3 working days.

You'll receive tracking details so you can follow your order on its way to you. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been shipped.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of trading card game products, all sales are final. Items sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable for store credits, and non-refundable.

We take great care to describe and photograph every product accurately so you know exactly what you're purchasing before you order. We encourage you to review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
